Venezia Hardcore Fest 2016: Interview with Regarde

Un sound che spazia dall’Emo al Post Hardcore e una malinconia che, in un crescendo sempre più furioso, ti regala una “presa a male” non da poco.
Ecco in poche parole come si presentano i Regarde, giovane quartetto vicentino molto acclamato anche dalla comunità Hardcore veneziana, e non solo, grazie soprattutto allo strabiliante EP Perspectives pubblicato a fine 2015, che ha rappresentato per la band una sorta di trampolino di lancio nell’oceano Hardcore. Il 30 Giugno 2015 è uscito Pull The Thorns From Your Heart, nuovo lavoro dei Senses Fail, paladini dell’ emocore che mi piaceva tantissimo dal 2003 al 2010, ennesima band a tinte hardcore negli ultimi 3 anni.
Se come me, li avete amati per Bite To Break Skin, Martini Kiss, Still Searching e Buried a Lie, mettetevela un po’ via ecco.

“Hurt” by Hawthorne Heights

C’è chi decide di non arrendersi e rinunciare al proprio sogno anche se i giorni di gloria sono decisamente alle spalle, e gli Hawthorne Heights rientrano senza dubbio in questa categoria. Da The Silence in Black and White e If Only You Were Lonely sono passati dieci anni, la band ha qualche capello e un discreto numero di fan accaniti in meno, ma la passione rimane e la voglia di regalarci ancora della nuova musica anche. Soprattutto, gli Hawthorne Heights avevano promesso di portare a termine la serie di 3 EP iniziata con Hate e proseguita con Hope; e allora ecco l’elemento conclusivo: si chiama Hurt ed è uscito il 18 settembre per InVogue Records.
