Speak Low If You Speak Love, il side project electro-indie rock di Ryan Scott Graham degli State Champs, ha pubblicato la sua nuova canzone Contrasting Colors.
Il brano è tratto da Nearsighted, il prossimo disco dell’artista, in uscita il 19 gennaio tramite Pure Noise Records, con cui Speak Low If You Speak Love aveva già pubblicato il suo disco d’esordio Everything but What You Need nel 2015.
Ecco quanto dichiarato da Ryan a proposito della canzone:
“Contrasting Colors is a song about one thousand realisations in one: Realising you and the person that you fell in love with lead completely different lives, realising that you’ve been holding tightly to something that doesn’t actually make sense in the end, realising that your intentions became motivated by something you can’t explain. But most of all it’s about accepting whatever outcome you’re given.”
