Mike: Fatemi pensare, deve essere buono…Bad Ham Day (risate) perché Bad Hair Day è una delle canzoni che odio di più del nostro primo album, è una canzone terribile, ma Bad Ham Day sarebbe terribile anche quello perché il prosciutto è buono, sono così confuso…
Con che bevanda lo accompagneresti?
M: Sempre legato agli Mxpx ? No? ok, cosa sta bene col prosciutto? Vino? Vino rosso, vino bianco, cosa è meglio secondo voi?
Simone: Rosso
M: Vino rosso, sempre. Anche a me piace il vino rosso.
Simone: Il vino bianco va col pesce
M: Solo pesce?
Simone: E col riso.
M: E la birra con cosa sta bene? con tutto?
Si. (risate)
M: Sempre birra, questa è la risposta!
Descrivi l’hamburger che si chiami come il tuo album preferito (degli Mxpx)
M: Penso che sia “Life in General” quindi l’hamburger si chiamerebbe “Life in General Burger” e avrebbe dentro tutto. (mostra quanto sarebbe grande)
Il più grande hamburger di sempre! E quale birra ci berresti insieme?
M: Bè, mi piacciono le IPA, mi piacciono le Lager, mi piace semplicemente bere la birra…è divertente perché in alcuni paesi quando ordini una birra ti danno una birra mentre negli Stati Uniti ci sono così tanti tipi di birra…io però preferisco avere meno scelta! Si mi piacciono le IPA, le lager, o anche la normale birra alla spina…voi che tipi di birra avete qui in Italia?
Non lo so io di solito bevo birre che non sanno di birra, la mia preferita ad esempio è una weiss a cui si aggiunge sciroppo di lampone, quindi direi che non sono la persona adatta con cui parlare di birra.
M: Birra al lampone? La devo provare!
Come sarebbe la pizza con il nome del primo disco che hai comprato da ragazzo?
M: Il primo disco che mi ricordo di aver comprato da ragazzo è stato un greatest hits degli Stray Cats intitolato “Built for Speed” quindi la pizza possiamo chiamarla “Built for Eating”, non lo so (risate) pizza! E cosa ci starebbe bene insieme? Birra!
Menù e soundtrack per un appuntamento romantico:
M:Se deve essere un buon appuntamento, deve essere romantico…Adele è troppo triste quindi non ci può essere Adele anche se è molto brava perché con Adele di sicuro ci mettiamo a piangere (risate) Ehm direi Frank Sinatra, e…appuntamento,cibo, menù…avete qualche suggerimento?
Ehm no…
M: Devo arrangiarmi da solo, ok… chili dog? (risate). I chili dog sono molto romantici! Sapete cosa sono i chili dog?
Si! Sono da poco stata a New York e ne ho mangiato uno, il chili colava dappertutto…(comunicazione non verbale molto efficace)
M: è un po’ difficile da mangiare, probabilmente l’opposto di romantico.

M: Cradle of Filth e Taco Bell e…basta o vi devo anche dire a che concerto metal sto andando?
No, no va bene così
M: Quindi ascolto i Cradle of Filth mentre mangio Taco Bell, lo so, sono strano.
Quale salsa ha lo stesso gusto del vostro primo album?
M: La salsa segreta di Mc Donald’s
La ricetta perfetta per superare una delusione d’amore:
M:Non ho mai superato una delusione d’amore quindi è qualcosa di nuovo per me (risate). Penso, forse qualcosa di molto molto speziato, un curry tailandese, così il peperoncino piccante e le spezie ti ripuliscono completmente…una zuppa tailandese o qualcosa del genere così si supera una delusione d’amore molto velocemente.
Un dessert che abbia il nome del tuo disco preferito tra quelli dei tuoi genitori:
M:Tiramisiouxsie and the Banshees. Ha senso?

M:Finalmente ho fatto una battuta decente
Se la tua band fosse una pietanza, quale sarebbe?
M: Credo una zuppa di pollo, va bene per voi?

Describe the hamburger named after your (Mxpx) favourite album:
M: Well, I guess it’ll be “Life in General”, so the burger is the “Life in General Burger” and it’s got everything in it (shows how big it would be)
The biggest hamburger ever! So which beer would you drink with it?
M:well, I like IPA’s, I like just Lagers, I like just drinking the beer…it’s funny because in some countries you just order beer and you get the beer but in the U.S. there is so many different kinds, but…I kinda like it better when there are less choises of beer! Well I do like IPA’s, I like Lagers, I like just the regular draft beer…what do you guys have here in Italy?
I don’t know man, I usually like beers that don’t taste like beer…like my favourite is a Weiss with raspberry juice in it so, I’m not the right person to discuss beer with…
M: Beer with raspberry? I gotta try this!
How would it be the pizza named after the first record you bought as a kid ?
M:The first record I remember getting when I was a kid was Stray Cats and it was a greatest hits album called “Built for Speed” so we can call it…Built for Eating, I don’t know (laughs) pizza! And what goes with it? Beer.

M: I never got over a love delusion so it’s something new for me (laughs) I think, probably a really really spicy thai curry… so the hot pepper and the spices totally clean you out completely, thai soup or something like that and you’ll get over your love delusion very fast, very quickly
